LEAD TIME

• Processing Time 14 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays)
• Courier Time 5 days

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

• Please ensure correct sizes are ordered – we do not offer exchanges or refunds
• Should we provide you with a faulty product, we do not offer refunds, we will supply you with the correct product in return

SHIPPING

• Courier deliver door to door – courier takes 2 – 5 days depending on the area – Outying area’s do have longer lead times.
• Should the courier experience any delays on their end, additional days may be added to the courier time.
